Consultation Fees

Fees paid for completed consultation sessions or completed service work are generally non-refundable because time and professional effort are delivered during the service.

Before Work Begins

If a user pays for a service and cancels before any consultation, document review, coordination, or process work has started, a refund request may be considered after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.

Institution Or Third-Party Fees

Fees paid directly to universities, institutions, boards, payment gateways, courier providers, or other third parties are governed by their respective refund policies and are not controlled by AARUSH ENTERPRISES.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, contact us with your name, phone number, payment proof, service details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
